I bought the parka so I could ride my new bicycle every day during the Winter. My rides with the parka have been warm and comfortable--down to temperatures in the mid twenties. I haven't even been cold when I've been caught out in the rain and snow because the parka is waterproof. The parka is lightweight and breathable which adds to the comfort. Also, it has not been restrictive to my movement. When Spring arrives, I will remove the lining and use the outer layer as a windbreaker. Although I haven't found a need for them so far, the parka has a lot of pockets.
