I usually wear a size Large but when it arrived I realized the jacket was way too big! I could fit another person in there! I am returning it for a Medium...we'll see how that goes. The quality of this jacket is extremely nice for the price. Sure, you could spend twice the amount for something that may be a little "prettier" , but I found the coat to be very well made and very warm. I tested it outside today in 18 degree windy weather and was toasty warm. The jacket is just thick enough without being too bulky...light weight, yet well insulated. I think if I had ordered the more expensive Alpha N-3B if would have been too heavy. Glad I went the less expensive route. I swear, I could not feel any wind and baby it was COLD outside today! The fur inner lining makes the hood really cozy and it zips way up so that no wind is getting anywhere near your face. The zipper is a two-way plastic type and seems very solid but a little tricky to get the hang of. I like the faux fur trimmed hood. It is a nice stylish detail that I appreciate. I really, really LOVE this jacket...too bad I am have to return it tomorrow for the smaller size. Now I have to wait a couple more days before I can wear it again. I originally ordered the Gunmetal which is very sharp looking, but, upon second thought I am re-ordering in the Black...I think it will go with more things and might look a bit more dressy if I need to look a little more professional on some days. GREAT COAT!
